All our products are subject to a $10.00 flat rate shipping charge to anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. (shipping rate is $10.00 per order not per item) Orders are shipped with ground service and should arrive to you within 15 business days.

Cabin 26 Hardware will accept returns for all merchandise, but will only pay shipping for return orders if there has been a mistake by us in your order, or if the merchandise is defective and you would like it replaced with equal value. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Backsets ordered incorrectly are not returnable, and can be purchased for $15.00 per set. In order to return an item, you must contact us at 1.800.264.2210 to get an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization). Cabin 26 Hardware will not accept returns without first issuing an RMA#. All orders are considered final after 30 days, no exceptions. Custom orders are not returnable.
